Job Overview


We are looking for an experienced Area Sales Manager to join our team at Mobisafar Services Private Limited. As an Area Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales in the assigned region and achieving revenue targets. This is a full-time position based in Kulu, Himachal Pradesh, India, and requires a mid-level candidate with 4 to 6 years of experience in sales and marketing. Qualifications and Skills


  • 4 to 6 years of experience as an Area Sales Manager or in a similar sales role
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth
  • Strong knowledge of sales and marketing strategies
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients and channel partners
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze market trends and customer preferences
  • Self-motivated and target-oriented
  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets in the assigned region
  • Identify and establish new business opportunities and partnerships
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and channel partners
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead in the market
  • Train and motivate the sales team to deliver exceptional performance
  • Ensure timely and accurate sales forecasting and reporting
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute effective promotional campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify customer needs and preferences
