Job Overview
We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team at Mobilestyx Consulting & Solutions. As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our company. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
- Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms.
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
- Knowledge of social media platforms and their use for recruitment.
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
- Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
- Assist in the implementation and coordination of employee training and development programs.
- Assist with employee relations matters, including interpreting company policies and resolving conflicts.
- Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement programs.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.
- Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining HR databases.
- Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
- Support the HR team with any other tasks as assigned.
