We are seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Intern to join our team at Mobilestyx Consulting & Solutions. As a Human Resources Intern, you will have the opportunity to gain practical experience in various HR functions and contribute to the overall success of our company. This is a full-time position based in Mumbai, Maharashtra, India, and is suitable for candidates with less than 1 year of experience.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or currently pursuing).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office tools.
  • Familiarity with job portals and recruitment platforms.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to adapt in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment.
  • Knowledge of social media platforms and their use for recruitment.
  • Positive attitude and willingness to learn.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Assist with the recruitment and onboarding process, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews.
  • Maintain employee records and ensure accurate and up-to-date documentation.
  • Assist in the implementation and coordination of employee training and development programs.
  • Assist with employee relations matters, including interpreting company policies and resolving conflicts.
  • Participate in HR projects and initiatives, such as performance management and employee engagement programs.
  • Contribute to the development and improvement of HR processes and procedures.
  • Assist with administrative tasks, including data entry, filing, and maintaining HR databases.
  • Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
  • Support the HR team with any other tasks as assigned.
