Roles and Responsibilities

. Tele calling/Telemarketing Executive (Female candidates alone).

. Functional Area: Customer Service and sales.

. Role: Category Voice ( inbound and outbound).

Key accountabilities :

. Must maintain leads and follow up till conversion into sales.

. Knowledge about telemarketing and leads generation.

. Handling Customer Over The Call.

. Regular follow-up with the Customers for Renewal collections and updates.

. Good & Pleasing Communication Skills, Excellent telephone courtesy & customer handling.

. Good in Relationship Building.

. Good Convincing and Retention of customer.

. Achieve renewal targets as assigned by the organisation month-on-month basis.

Qualifications:

. Any Graduate, 10,+2 (Intermediate qualified also applicable).

. Must be experienced in B2B sales.

. Sales experience of Min 6 months or 1 year.

. Must be a local resident current anywhere in Chennai.

. Should be fluent in the local language and respective regional language.

. Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Salary: ₹12,000.00 - ₹18,000.00 per month
