Responsibilities and Duties:

1. As a Recruiter, you need to be able to identify/screen/qualify candidates for Non-ITpositions.
2. Should be responsible for Sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluating the candidates.
3. Should be able to maintain Foster long-term relationships with candidates through reviews & follow ups.
4. Review and understand non technical job requirements
5. Ability to learn and know the new technologies in the market.
6. Should have go getter attitude, flexible and aggressive and happy to face challenging situation.\
7. Understanding the requirements, sourcing the profile and lining up the candidates accordingly.

Desired Candidate Profile:

• Qualification: Graduate/PG

• Excellent English communication skills- both verbal and written.

• Fair knowledge of technology.

• Must be self-motivated and must possess a good attitude.

• Self-confidence and self-starter.

• Must be able to work in a team.

• Strong zeal to make a career in staffing industry.

Points to be focused –

1. Good experience in international recruitment especially in GCC and Southeast Asia region
2. Understanding of industries should be there
3. Experience in Mid to Leadership recruitment.
4. Geography awareness is must.
5. Knowledge to head hunting and other international recruitment tools.
