  • ·        Responsible for launching Brand Partner’s products in assigned state / territory
  • ·        Responsible for achieving revenue and volume targets
  • ·        Responsible for leading the state / area team
  • ·        Responsible for appointment of Super Distributors , Distributors and Retailers
  • ·        Responsible for developing and implementing beat / coverage plans
  • ·        Responsible for ensuring availability and visibility of products at targeted number of retail outlets
  • ·        Responsible for timely collections
  • ·        Responsible for ensuring optimum inventory levels in distribution
  • ·        Responsible for ensuring smooth and transparent implementation of schemes and promotions
  • ·        Responsible for managing relationships with channel partners and Key Accounts
  • ·        Responsible for resolving issues
  • ·        Responsible for product feedback and competition activities

Profile

  • 8 – 10 years of experience in FMCG in General Trade
  •  At-least 3 - 4 year experience as ASM in FMCG (Food & Beverages)
  • Strong expertise in Distributor Handling and Key Accounts Handling.
