Job Summary:


We are seeking an experienced Software Sales Manager to drive business growth and expand our client base for MNCHOST’s hosting solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tech sales, especially in the web hosting or IT services industry, and a proven track record in developing and implementing effective sales strategies. This role requires excellent communication and relationship-building skills to promote MNCHOST’s hosting services, close deals, and nurture long-term client relationships.


Key Responsibilities:


- Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and grow MNCHOST’s market share in the web hosting industry.

- Identify and approach potential clients, effectively presenting MNCHOST’s web hosting and related services.

- Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact for sales inquiries and ensuring customer satisfaction.

- Conduct in-depth market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and client needs.

- Collaborate with marketing and technical teams to create compelling sales materials and tailored pitches.

- Negotiate and close high-value deals, managing all stages of the sales process from prospecting to contract signing.

- Track sales performance, providing regular reports and insights on sales forecasts and market trends.

- Lead sales presentations and demonstrations, showcasing MNCHOST’s hosting capabilities and value propositions.

- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction and foster long-term partnerships.

- Attend industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities to build brand presence and generate new leads.


Required Skills and Qualifications:


- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.

- Minimum of 1 year of experience in software or hosting sales, preferably in the web hosting or IT services industry.

- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.

- Strong understanding of web hosting, cloud solutions, and IT services.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.

- Analytical skills with the ability to gather and interpret sales data.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple clients and sales cycles.
