Job Summary:

MNCHOST is seeking a Software Project Manager Intern to assist in planning, coordinating, and executing web hosting and infrastructure projects. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience managing projects, working with cross-functional teams, and learning from experienced professionals in the web hosting and software development domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in planning and managing project lifecycles, including requirement gathering, execution, and post-delivery evaluation.
• Collaborate with clients and stakeholders to define project scope, objectives, and timelines.
• Support the creation and maintenance of detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Monitor project progress and provide updates to mentors and stakeholders.
• Identify potential risks and suggest mitigation strategies under supervision.
• Participate in team meetings to ensure alignment with project goals and deadlines.
• Support in preparing project documentation and postmortem analyses for process improvement.
• Develop communication and client relationship management skills by interacting with stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or related fields.
• Basic knowledge of project management tools like Jira, Trello, or MS Project (training provided as needed).
• Understanding of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
