Job Summary

MNCHOST is seeking an experienced Software Project Manager to lead software development projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently and align with client requirements. This role involves overseeing projects from initiation to delivery, managing resources, mitigating risks, and maintaining strong client relationships. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills to drive successful outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, manage, and oversee the full software project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-launch support.
• Define project scope, objectives, timelines, and deliverables in collaboration with clients and internal teams.
• Develop and manage detailed project schedules and work plans.
• Lead cross-functional project teams to ensure alignment with project goals and timelines.
• Monitor project performance, ensuring adherence to budget, scope, and deadlines.
• Identify project risks and dependencies, and implement effective solutions.
• Provide regular project updates and status reports to stakeholders, including clients and senior management.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, addressing feedback and ensuring satisfaction.
• Conduct post-project evaluations to identify areas for improvement in project management processes.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Project Management, or a related field.
• Experience:
• Minimum 2 years of experience as a Project Manager in software development or IT environments.
• Technical Skills:
• Proficiency with project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Microsoft Project.
• Strong understanding of SDLC and Agile methodologies.
• Soft Skills:
• Exceptional leadership and communication abilities.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to effectively collaborate with diverse teams (developers, designers, QA, and clients).
• Other Competencies:
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications
