We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess in-depth knowledge and hands-on experience with PHP, Laravel, MySQL, Firebase, and Flutter. This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining complex web and mobile applications, as well as providing leadership and mentorship to junior developers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and maintain web applications using PHP and Laravel framework.

Design and manage database systems using MySQL.

Build and integrate real-time applications with Firebase.

Develop cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter.

Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.

Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability.

Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing software.

Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code following best practices.

Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback.

Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.

Stay updated with emerging technologies and industry trends to ensure the team is using the best techniques and tools.

Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including planning, designing, coding, testing, and deployment.

Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and refine requirements, ensuring technical solutions align with business goals.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Minimum of 5 years of experience in full-stack development.

Proficiency in PHP and the Laravel framework.

Strong experience with MySQL database management.

Expertise in Firebase for real-time applications.

Advanced knowledge of Flutter for mobile application development.

Solid understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, and responsive design.

Experience with version control systems, preferably Git.

Familiarity with RESTful APIs and third-party libraries.

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

Strong leadership and mentoring abilities.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Google Cloud.

Knowledge of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.

Familiarity with other backend languages and frameworks.

Experience with unit testing and test-driven development (TDD).
