Job Summary:
MNCHOST is seeking an experienced IT Recruiter to manage the recruitment and talent acquisition process for technical and nontechnical roles within our organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in IT recruitment, with a proven track record of sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates who align with MNCHOST’s growth and culture. This role requires excellent communication, relationshipbuilding skills, and familiarity with industrystandard recruitment practices.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective sourcing strategies to attract qualified candidates for various technical and nontechnical positions.
Screen, interview, and assess potential candidates to match them with MNCHOST’s requirements.
Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Manage endtoend recruitment processes, including job postings, candidate outreach, interview scheduling, and offer negotiations.
Build and maintain a talent pipeline to proactively meet the company’s staffing needs.
Conduct reference checks, background verifications, and onboarding coordination.
Stay updated on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and best recruitment practices to refine recruitment strategies.
Utilize Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools to streamline hiring processes.
Represent MNCHOST at job fairs, networking events, and industry meetups to promote the company and attract potential candidates.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience as an IT Recruiter or in a related field, preferably in the IT, software development, or web hosting sectors.
Proficiency with recruitment tools, Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS), and LinkedIn Recruiter.
Strong understanding of IT roles and requirements.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
Strong negotiation and problemsolving skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience in hiring for sales, business development, and client relations roles.
Knowledge of employment laws and regulations.
