Job Overview

Senior plant management role in a leading manufacturing company specializing in Washed Sand, Graded Silica Sand, and Resin Coated Sand. Responsible for overseeing plant operations and ensuring efficient production processes. Full-time employment based in Allahabad, Uttar Pradesh, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
• Senior: 7 to 10 years of experience in plant management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and technology.
• Proven experience in driving operational efficiency and productivity.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to lead and supervise a team of plant personnel.
• Proficient in problem-solving and decision-making.
• Sound understanding of safety regulations and compliance.
• Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is preferred.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage plant operations to ensure efficient production processes and optimal product quality.
• Develop and implement strategies to maximize productivity and reduce production costs.
• Monitor and control plant resources, including raw materials, equipment, and manpower, to meet production demand.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and standard operating procedures.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute production schedules.
• Implement and maintain effective maintenance programs to minimize downtime and maximize equipment reliability.
• Lead and motivate plant personnel to achieve production targets and maintain a positive work environment.
