Job Overview

We are looking for an Executive Plant Head to join our team at Mangalore Minerals Pvt Ltd. The position is based in Ankleshwar and is a full-time role. The ideal candidate should have up to 30 years of work experience in the field. This senior executive role demands extensive expertise in operations management, strategic planning, and quality control.

Qualifications and Skills

• Operations Management: Proficient in overseeing the production processes and ensuring their efficiency and effectiveness (Mandatory skill).
• Strategic Planning: Ability to set long-term goals, formulate strategies to achieve them, and monitor their execution (Mandatory skill).
• Quality Control: Skilled in maintaining product quality and implementing improvements to meet industry standards (Mandatory skill).
• Team Leadership: Strong leadership capabilities to manage and inspire a team towards achieving operational goals.
• Budgeting: Proficient in planning and managing the financial aspects of plant operations, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.
