Job Overview

We are seeking a Junior Sourcing Executive for a full-time position located in Barabanki. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience within the automotive or a related industry. The role requires strong negotiation skills and a keen ability to manage suppliers effectively.

• Capability in monitoring and analyzing data to inform procurement decisions.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and evaluate potential suppliers, negotiating terms of business to benefit MM Autosales.
• Develop and cultivate long-term relationships with suppliers to ensure an uninterrupted supply chain.
• Conduct thorough market research to stay informed about industry trends and sourcing strategies.
• Draft, review, and manage contracts and agreements with suppliers to ensure legal compliance and benefits.
• Monitor supplier performance and address issues affecting product quality or delivery timelines.
• Collaborate with departments to align procurement activities with business needs and objectives.
• Maintain accurate records of sourcing and procurement activities to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
• Participate in the cost reduction initiatives through strategic negotiations and supplier selection.
