Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Automotive Body Shop Worker to join our team in Bara Banki. This is a full-time, mid-level position requiring 4 to 6 years of work experience. The ideal candidate will possess expertise in auto body repair, along with capabilities in related areas to ensure high-quality service delivery in automotive care and maintenance.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in auto body repair (Mandatory skill) with a strong understanding of various repair techniques.
• Solid experience in panel beating to restore vehicle bodies to their original shapes.
• Ability to perform welding tasks to reinforce vehicle structures with precision and safety.
• Skillful in automotive painting, ensuring vehicles acquire a flawless finish post-repair.
• Expertise in dent repair to effectively remove dents without damaging the vehicle's paint.
• Experience in frame straightening, crucial for restoring the structural integrity of vehicles.
• Competence in vehicle alignment to guarantee proper vehicle performance and safety.
• Knowledge of estimating software to provide accurate repair cost estimates to clients.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Perform thorough inspections of vehicles to accurately assess damage levels and required repairs.
• Conduct body repairs including dent removal, welding, and panel replacements with precision.
• Execute painting tasks to ensure a seamless and aesthetically pleasing finish for every vehicle.
