Responsibilities and Duties:-

• Conversion of pre generated leads by attending meeting clients and negotiating payment and pricing
• Developing sales strategies & following up on business leads and referrals
• Building an ongoing relationship with clients and new prospects. Interacting with customers, understanding their design requirements, presenting the product and design
• Meeting sales targets & Conducting presentations and product demonstrations
• Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
• Analyze customer insights, consumer trends, market analysis, and marketing best practices to build successful strategies.
• Create, maintain, and conduct analytics reporting across multiple platforms and extract key insights for future campaign development and go-to-market strategies, complete with formal proposals and recommendations on tactics.
• Handle customer’s inbound and outbound calls.
• Build sustainable relationships and engage customers.
• Client acquisition including negotiation and on-boarding.
• Regular follow-ups with Prospects.
• End to End Sales Cycle.
• Visit client whenever its required.
• Maintaining accurate records.

Key Technical Requirements

• Experience in candidates from construction company who have worked actively worked on leads generation & closures and sourcing vendors,contractors,etc..
• Should have architect ,contractors ,key clients
• Must have existing network of contractors.
• Amazing communication skills
• Your knowledge of the local city & language should be good
• You should have a flair for design, excellent people skills and passion to build customer relationship.
