Job Overview

We are looking for a Telecaller (Fresher) to join our team at Mits Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As a Telecaller, you will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential customers and providing them with product information. This is a full-time position based in Panchkula, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Excellent verbal communication skills
• Fluency in English is required
• Knowledge of the pharmaceutical industry is preferred
• Strong persuasive skills
• Ability to work in a target-driven environment
• Good interpersonal skills
• Ability to handle customer rejections positively
• Basic computer skills

Roles and Responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to potential customers and introduce our products
• Provide customers with detailed information about our products and answer their queries
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to effectively communicate with customers
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with customers
• Follow up with potential leads to convert them into sales
• Document and update customer information in the database
• Collaborate with the sales team to achieve company goals
