Job Overview

We are looking for a PCD Purchase Executive to join our team at Mits Healthcare Pvt Ltd. As a PCD Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of products for our pharmaceutical company. This is a full-time position based in Panchkula, Haryana, India.

Qualifications and Skills

• Fresher with less than 1 year of experience
• Bachelor's degree in any field
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
• Knowledge of marketing research and client relationship management
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to identify potential suppliers and products
• Evaluate suppliers based on price, quality, reliability, and delivery speed
• Plan and execute the purchase of products to meet production and inventory needs
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery of purchased products
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, including price, quantity, and delivery information
• Monitor and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock availability
• Negotiate with suppliers to obtain favorable terms and pricing
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
• Assist in product development initiatives by sourcing new products and suppliers
