Mits Healthcare Private Limited is a leading pharmaceutical company located in Panchkula, Haryana. We are seeking an HR Executive to oversee our company's recruiting, learning and development, and employee performance programs. This is a work-from-office position.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain detailed records of the company’s employees.

- Administer the hiring process for new employees.

- Post job advertisements on various job portals, including Indeed and Naukri.

- Call candidates and schedule interviews.

- Supervise the daily operations of the Human Resources department.

- Ensure all employees comply with HR policies.

- Create new HR policies and update existing ones.

- Manage workplace safety issues and address complaints.

- Maintain and record employee attendance.

**Qualification:** MBA in HR (Freshers are welcome to apply).
