1)     Raw Material (Solvent, Dry Chemicals, Reagents) Sourcing, Procurement, Vendor development.

2)     Coordinate with vendors for production / project schedules, Negotiations in every purchase in terms of Price, Timely Availability, Quality, and Quantity.

3)     Monitoring vendor performance and develop alternate vendors to ensure good quality and optimum stock level of input materials within given budget costs.

4)     Ensure 100% compliance with laid down policies, SOP.

5)      Defining terms like lead time, Lot and Pack Size etc., and gathering information of business need.

6)     Possess adequate market intelligence on chemical trends Cost drivers, Identify risks, able to forecast future changes that will impact delivery, availability and prices that may affect business deliverables, able to forecast future changes that will impact delivery, availability & Prices.

7)     Develop new Vendors for key raw materials working out economics, able to judge supplier capacities, technical competencies.

8) Candidates those having global network supplier’s contacts will be preferred for this position.

9) Male/Female with any graduation with 5-10 years of experience in CRO/Pharmaceutical/Chemical industry.
