Job Description
- Preparation of purchase orders & issues to the vendors.
- Communication with the vendors for quotes, price negotiation & lead time.
- Creating a data base of invoices, PO's quote request vendor contact list & upgradation of same.
- Candidates those having global network suppliers contacts will be proffered for this position.
- Male/Female with any graduation with 7-10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical/Chemical industry.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and fostering a relationship with our suppliers and vendors. You will also oversee the implementation of the supply and production strategies.
Responsibilities
- Procure parts and materials at negotiated rate
- Develop a supply and production plan to ensure timely delivery to our customers
- Create and monitor the performance of the purchasing strategy
- Oversee and support our purchasing staff
Qualifications
- Strong negotiation skills
- 7 - 10 years' of purchasing experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
