Position Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented MBA graduate specializing in Online B2B Marketing to join our dynamic Indo-German team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and engaging with companies globally that are at the forefront of chemistry technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research:

• Conduct thorough research on companies according to the defined targets.
• Identify suitable companies on a global scale.
• Compile detailed lists of targeted companies, including their websites, contact information (email and phone number), and LinkedIn profiles.

Data Compilation:

• Maintain an organized database of researched companies and key contacts.
• Ensure the database is updated regularly with new findings and changes.

Conference Scouting:

• Scout for the best conferences worldwide related to defined targets.
• Request and obtain the participants’ list for these conferences.
• Evaluate and recommend which conferences would be most beneficial for networking and business development.

Email Campaigns:

• Develop and execute email marketing campaigns to engage with identified companies and contacts.
• Create compelling content tailored to the interests and needs of the target audience.
• Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of email campaigns, adjusting strategies as needed to improve results.

Qualifications:

• MBA or equivalent with a specialization in B2B Marketing.
• Proven experience in market research and data analysis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Proficiency in using CRM software and email marketing tools.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
