Required - Weaving Supervisor

2 to 4 years of experience in a weaving In-depth knowledge of water jet weaving technology and machinery.

Position Overview:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Weaving Supervisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 2 to 4 years of hands-on experience in weaving, with a specific focus on water jet weaving technology. The Weaving Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the weaving department, ensuring high-quality production, and maintaining efficient workflow.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and coordinate the activities of weaving operators and technicians.
• Monitor production processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and production schedules.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to water jet weaving machines.
• Train and mentor staff on proper operating procedures and safety protocols.
• Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of weaving equipment to ensure optimal performance.
• Collaborate with the production manager to plan and implement production strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of production, machine maintenance, and staff performance.
• Ensure adherence to safety regulations and company policies.
• Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to enhance productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications:

• 2 to 4 years of experience in a weaving supervisory role.
• In-depth knowledge of water jet weaving technology and machinery.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic production environment.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Basic understanding of textile manufacturing processes and quality control standards.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical certifications or training in weaving technology is a plus.
