15 to 20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing plant.

Key Responsibilities:

Leadership and Strategy:

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with the company's goals.
• Lead the HR team to support the business's short and long-term objectives.
• Drive a high-performance culture by setting clear objectives and performance metrics.

Manpower Management:

• Oversee HR operations for a workforce of over 10,000 employees.
• Ensure efficient workforce planning, talent acquisition, and retention strategies.
• Manage and optimize manpower utilization to meet production and business needs.

Labour Law Compliance:

• Ensure compliance with all applicable labour laws and regulations.
• Handle employee relations and resolve conflicts in accordance with legal requirements.
• Stay updated on changes in labour laws and implement necessary adjustments.

HR Policies and Procedures:

• Develop and enforce HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Promote a positive work environment through effective employee engagement programs.
• Implement training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth.

HR Systems and Analytics:

• Utilize HR metrics and analytics to make informed decisions and improve HR processes.
• Implement and manage HR information systems to streamline operations.
• Conduct regular audits to ensure data integrity and compliance.

Employee Relations and Communication:

• Foster effective communication channels between management and employees.
• Address employee concerns and grievances promptly and fairly.
• Organize and oversee employee engagement activities and initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Master’s degree preferred.
• Experience: 15 to 20 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within a manufacturing plant.

• Strong knowledge of labour laws and compliance.
