1-4 years of experience in utility operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

seeking a dedicated and experienced Utility Operator to ensure the smooth operation and maintenance of utility systems within our facility. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in utility operations, preferably within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and maintain utility systems including HVAC, boilers, chillers, air compressors, and water systems.
• Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on utility equipment.
• Monitor and record operational parameters of utility systems.
• Troubleshoot and repair utility system issues to minimize downtime.
• Ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address utility system needs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and operational logs.
• Participate in emergency response activities related to utility systems.
• Assist in the planning and execution of utility system upgrades and improvements.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a related field is a plus.
• 1-4 years of experience in utility operations, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of utility systems such as HVAC, boilers, chillers, air compressors, and water systems.
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergency calls as needed.
