Required - Sales Representative - Textile Fabric Sales


Location: SURAT, Gujarat, India


Industry- Textile Industry 


3 to 5 years of experience in textile fabric sales,Be flexible and prepared for frequent travel as required by the job.


well-established textile company specializing in the production and distribution of a wide range of fabrics. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and drive our fabric sales across various regions.


Key Responsibilities:


Sales and Business Development:


  • Promote and sell a wide range of textile fabrics to new and existing clients.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry contacts.


Market Research and Analysis:


  • Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
  • Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and product performance.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.


Customer Relationship Management:


  • Manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.


Sales Reporting and Documentation:


  • Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
  • Monitor sales targets and performance metrics, and take corrective actions as needed.


Travel:

  • Travel extensively outside Gujarat to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore new markets.
  • Be flexible and prepared for frequent travel as required by the job.


Qualifications:


  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in textile fabric sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.


Skills:


  • Strong knowledge of various types of fabrics and their applications.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
