well-established textile company specializing in the production and distribution of a wide range of fabrics. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Sales Representative to join our team and drive our fabric sales across various regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
- Promote and sell a wide range of textile fabrics to new and existing clients.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand market reach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and industry contacts.
Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to understand customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
- Provide feedback to the management team on market conditions and product performance.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business goals.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Manage customer accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints promptly and professionally.
- Collaborate with the internal team to ensure timely delivery and quality of products.
Sales Reporting and Documentation:
- Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and market analysis.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions.
- Monitor sales targets and performance metrics, and take corrective actions as needed.
Travel:
- Travel extensively outside Gujarat to meet clients, attend trade shows, and explore new markets.
- Be flexible and prepared for frequent travel as required by the job.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Textile Engineering, or a related field.
- Experience: 3 to 5 years of experience in textile fabric sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of various types of fabrics and their applications.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in using sales software and Microsoft Office Suite.
