Job description

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tender Executive to manage and oversee the entire process of government tenders, from the initial bidding phase through to the final execution. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tender management, excellent organizational skills, and a keen eye for detail. The Tender Executive will play a crucial role in securing government contracts and ensuring the successful execution of awarded projects.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Tender Identification and Analysis:
  • Monitor various sources for government tender opportunities relevant to the company's business.
  • Conduct detailed analysis of tender documents, requirements, and specifications.
  • Evaluate the feasibility and profitability of potential tenders.
  • Bid Preparation:
  • Coordinate with various departments to gather necessary information and documentation for tender submissions.
  • Prepare comprehensive and competitive bid proposals, ensuring compliance with all tender requirements.
  • Develop detailed cost estimates, pricing strategies, and risk assessments.
  • Documentation and Compliance:
  • Ensure all bid documents are complete, accurate, and submitted on time.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of tender-related regulations and requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with all government policies and procedures related to tender submissions.


  • Liaison and Coordination:


  • Act as the main point of contact between the company and government agencies during the tendering process.
  • Facilitate effective communication and collaboration with internal teams and external partners.
  • Attend pre-bid meetings, site visits, and other relevant events as required.


  • Tender Execution:


  • Oversee the execution of awarded tenders, ensuring all contractual obligations are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential issues, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Coordinate with project managers, suppliers, and other stakeholders to ensure timely and successful project delivery.


  • Reporting and Documentation:


  • Maintain comprehensive records of all tender activities and documentation.
  • Prepare regular reports on tender status, bid outcomes, and project performance.
  • Analyze bid performance and provide recommendations for process improvements.


Qualifications:



  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience in tender management, specifically in government tenders and bidding.
  • Strong knowledge of government tendering processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.


Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹32,543.93 per month
