Job Description Recruitments & On Boarding process
⮚ Source candidates for the vacant positions through various portals for domestic and international
locations
⮚ Conduct preliminary interviews – telephonic, google/zoom call
⮚ Create data base of candidates with detailed feedback
⮚ Discuss the salary and work out the fitments
⮚ Conduct reference checks, Prepare offer & Appointment letters
⮚ Collection & maintenance of employee documents
⮚ Prepare & conduct induction schedule- service wise
Payroll Management
⮚ Maintain & update Attendance & leave records
⮚ Update master in Payroll software - Processing salaries – employees , consultants & others
⮚ Ensure statutory payments and compliances – PT, PF, ESIC, TDS Returns
⮚ Conduct exit interviews & Compute Full & final settlements
Performance Management, Appraisal & Training -
⮚ Conduct performance review managements, Performance improvement plans, competency mapping
⮚ Plan and implement Reward & recognition
⮚ Execute the training programs as per planned schedule
Employee Engagement - Plan and conduct various employee engagement activities.
HRMIS - Maintain the HR MIS on - Employee details, Employee salaries, Attrition rate, and Recruitment cost.
