Job Description:


We are currently seeking a skilled and experienced Sales Representative with a background in the ceramic industry to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 to 4 years of relevant sales experience in the ceramic sector and a strong understanding of the industry dynamics. If you are a motivated individual with a passion for sales and a proven track record of driving business growth, we want to hear from you.


Key Responsibilities:


  1. Business Development: Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the ceramic industry. Develop and maintain a robust sales pipeline through proactive prospecting and lead generation activities.
  2. Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients in the ceramic industry. Understand client needs and preferences, and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  3. Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our ceramic products, including their features, specifications, and applications. Effectively communicate product benefits and advantages to clients, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have.
  4. Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and maximize revenue growth. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement and expansion.
  5. Sales Presentations: Conduct engaging and informative sales presentations to showcase our ceramic products to clients. Highlight key features, benefits, and competitive advantages to effectively influence purchase decisions.
  6. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms. Close sales deals in a timely manner while ensuring customer satisfaction and profitability.
  7. Sales Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, including client interactions, sales orders, and revenue forecasts. Provide regular sales reports and updates to management to track progress against targets.


Qualifications and Experience:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience in sales within the ceramic industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent presentation and persuasion abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office suite and CRM software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
