Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Senior Sales Executive with a strong background in the marble and stone industry. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales, with a deep understanding of the market, customer needs, and the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships. This role requires a candidate who is passionate about luxury materials and has the expertise to drive sales growth within this specialized sector.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sales Leadership: Lead and manage sales activities within the assigned territory, focusing on marble and stone products.
- Client Acquisition: Identify, target, and acquire new clients, including architects, builders, interior designers, and high-end retailers.
- Relationship Management: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
- Market Analysis: Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to identify opportunities for growth and innovation.
- Sales Strategy: Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of marble and stone products, including sourcing, quality, and application in various projects.
- Negotiation & Closing: Lead negotiations with clients, ensuring favorable terms while maintaining strong customer satisfaction.
- Reporting: Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts, providing insights into sales performance and market conditions.
- Team Collaboration: Work closely with the marketing, logistics, and customer service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in sales, with at least 3 years in the marble, stone, or related luxury materials industry.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Strong network of contacts within the architecture, design, and construction sectors.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Ability to understand and articulate the technical aspects of marble and stone products.
- Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
- Willingness to travel as needed to meet with clients and attend industry events.
