4-5 years of proven sales experience in the loan sector, specifically personal loans and mortgage loans.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the sales team to achieve and exceed sales targets for personal loans and mortgage loans.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
• Oversee the loan application process, ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Provide training and support to the sales team, fostering a positive and high-performance work environment.
• Prepare regular sales reports and present findings to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• 4-5 years of proven sales experience in the loan sector, specifically personal loans and mortgage loans.
• Strong understanding of loan products, market trends, and regulatory requirements.
