Position Overview: We are looking for a proactive and results-driven Sales Executive with 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, particularly in the B2B sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in selling industrial products, with a preference for experience in the PET chip industry. This role involves developing and managing relationships with business clients, identifying sales opportunities, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- B2B Sales: Identify and engage with potential business clients, focusing on selling PET chips and related products.
- Client Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Field Sales: Conduct regular field visits to clients, presenting product offerings, and closing sales deals.
- Market Research: Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new sales opportunities.
- Sales Strategy: Work with the sales team to develop and implement effective sales strategies to meet or exceed sales targets.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular sales reports, tracking progress against targets and identifying areas for improvement.
- Customer Support: Provide post-sales support, ensuring customer satisfaction and fostering long-term relationships.
- Product Knowledge: Maintain an in-depth understanding of the PET chip industry and the company’s product offerings.
Qualifications:
- 1 to 3 years of experience in field sales, preferably in B2B product sales.
- Experience in the PET chip or related industries is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Familiarity with CRM software and sales tracking tools.
- Willingness to travel frequently for client meetings and field visits.
