Responsibilities:


Sales Strategy Development:


  • Formulate and execute effective sales strategies tailored to the architecture industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand our client base.


Client Relationship Management:


  • Nurture and strengthen relationships with existing clients.
  • Engage with potential clients, understand their architectural needs, and present customized solutions.


  1. Market Research:


  • Stay informed about industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities.
  • Utilize market insights to make informed decisions and provide strategic recommendations.


  1. Sales Performance Analysis:


  • Monitor, analyze, and report on sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with the team to implement strategies that enhance sales effectiveness.


  1. Team Collaboration:


  • Work closely with cross-functional teams, including Design, Project Management, and Marketing, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture, or a related field.
  • Proven sales experience in the architecture industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of architectural trends, practices, and client expectations.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
  • Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset.
