Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate with 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales, ideally within the marble and home décor industry. The ideal candidate will have a passion for home décor and design, coupled with the ability to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales within our showroom.

Key Responsibilities:

• Customer Engagement: Greet customers, understand their needs, and guide them in selecting the best marble and home décor products.
• Sales Execution: Drive sales by providing detailed product information, offering recommendations, and closing sales effectively.
• Product Knowledge: Maintain a deep understanding of our marble and home décor offerings, including features, benefits, and trends.
• Showroom Maintenance: Ensure the showroom is well-organized, clean, and visually appealing to customers.
• Inventory Management: Assist in monitoring stock levels, restocking displays, and managing inventory.
• Customer Service: Provide post-purchase support and build long-term relationships with customers to encourage repeat business.
• Sales Reporting: Track sales performance and report on key metrics to management.

Qualifications:

• 1 to 2 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in the marble, home décor, or related industries.
