Required - Relationship Manager - Insurance

Must have Proven 3-6 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in the insurance industry.

Responsibilities:

1. Cultivate and nurture strong relationships with clients in the insurance sector.
2. Serve as a primary point of contact between the company and clients, ensuring exceptional service.
3. Leverage a well-established network with Chartered Accountants (CAs) to identify and capitalize on business opportunities.
4. Provide specialized advice on insurance solutions, tailoring offerings to align with client needs and goals.
5. Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their ongoing satisfaction and identifying opportunities for additional services.
6. Source and acquire new business through proactive outreach, networking, and collaboration with CAs.
7. Stay abreast of industry trends, regulations, and changes, offering informed guidance to clients.
8. Exceed sales targets through adept relationship management and strategic initiatives.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
2. Proven 3-6 years of experience as a Relationship Manager in the insurance industry.
3. Robust network and connections with Chartered Accountants (CAs).
4. In-depth knowledge of insurance products, regulations, and market trends.
5. Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
