Required - Production Supervisor

Location: SURAT, ( KAMREJ )

Industry- PET CHIPS OR PLASTIC INDUSTRY

 4-5 years of experience AS A SAME

Production Management 

• Planning and Scheduling: Develop and implement production schedules to meet targets and deadlines.
• Workflow Optimization: Streamline production processes to maximize efficiency and minimize downtime.
• Resource Allocation: Ensure proper allocation of manpower, machinery, and materials. 

Team Leadership and Supervision  

• Staff Management: Supervise, train, and motivate production staff to achieve performance goals.
• Performance Monitoring: Evaluate employee performance and provide feedback and coaching.
• Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve any conflicts or issues that arise among team members 

Quality Control  

• Standards Compliance: Ensure that products meet quality standards and specifications.
• Inspections and Testing: Oversee regular inspections and testing of products to maintain quality.
• Problem Identification: Identify and address any quality issues or defects in the production process. 

Inventory and Supply Chain Management  

• Materials Management: Monitor and manage inventory levels to ensure a steady supply of materials.
• Supplier Coordination: Work with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of raw materials and components.
• Inventory Control: Maintain accurate records of inventory and manage stock levels to prevent shortages or excess.
