1-4 years of experience as a Mechanical Fitter, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.

looking for a reliable and experienced Mechanical Fitter to ensure the proper functioning of mechanical systems and equipment within our facility. The ideal candidate will have 1-4 years of experience in mechanical fitting, specifically within the pharmaceutical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, assemble, and maintain mechanical systems and equipment such as pumps, conveyors, mixers, and other machinery.
• Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and repairs on mechanical equipment.
• Troubleshoot mechanical issues and implement effective solutions to minimize downtime.
• Read and interpret technical drawings, manuals, and specifications.
• Ensure all mechanical systems and equipment comply with safety and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with the maintenance team to address mechanical system needs.
• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and repair logs.
• Participate in the planning and execution of mechanical system upgrades and improvements.
• Assist in emergency response activities related to mechanical systems.

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical certification in a related field is a plus.
• 1-4 years of experience as a Mechanical Fitter, preferably in the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical systems, equipment, and maintenance procedures.
• Proficiency in reading technical drawings and schematics.
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• Familiarity with safety and regulatory standards in a pharmaceutical environment.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Willingness to work shifts and respond to emergency calls as needed.
