Role Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and creative Marketing Manager with a strong background in the FMCG sector. The ideal candidate will have 4 to 8 years of experience in marketing, with a proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns. This role requires a strategic thinker with the ability to drive brand growth and increase market share.
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Strategy Development: Create and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to achieve business objectives and enhance brand positioning.
- Campaign Management: Plan, execute, and oversee marketing campaigns across various channels, including digital, print, and in-store promotions.
- Market Research: Conduct market research to identify consumer trends, competitor activities, and market opportunities. Analyze data to inform marketing decisions.
- Brand Management: Develop and maintain a strong brand identity, ensuring consistent messaging and visual representation across all marketing materials.
- Product Launches: Coordinate and manage product launches, including market analysis, positioning, and promotional activities.
- Budget Management: Prepare and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and customer service, to ensure alignment and execution of marketing initiatives.
- Performance Analysis: Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns, using data to optimize future strategies and report on key metrics.
- Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering a culture of creativity and high performance.
Key Qualifications:
- Experience: 4 to 8 years of marketing experience, with a preference for candidates with a background in FMCG marketing.
- Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
