Salary - 20k to 45k Max

Must have Proven 3-6 years of experience as an HR Manager in the manufacturing industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations.

• Manage the recruitment process, including creating job descriptions, posting job openings, and conducting interviews.

• Develop and implement a performance management system that includes setting goals, providing feedback, and conducting performance reviews.

• Manage the compensation and benefits program, including salary administration, benefits enrollment, and compliance with applicable laws.

• Oversee employee relations, including handling employee complaints, conducting investigations, and resolving conflicts.

• Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge.

• Maintain accurate HR records and ensure confidentiality of employee information.

• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations.

• Participate in strategic planning and organizational development activities.

• Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters.
