Responsibility Area
Client Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing B2B clients.
- Understand client needs and offer customized solutions to meet their requirements.
- Act as the main point of contact for clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction

Business Development
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the B2B segment.
- Develop strategies to expand our customer base and reach out to potential clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotions for B2B clients
Sales Target Achievement
- Set sales targets in collaboration with the sales manager and work towards achieving them.
- Monitor sales performance and implement corrective actions when necessary.
- Prepare regular sales reports and updates for management.
Product Knowledge
- Have a deep understanding of our dry fruit products, including their features, benefits, and applications.
- Train and educate clients on the uses and benefits of our products.
- Provide product demonstrations and presentations as needed.
