Required - ERP executive

Location: SURAT, Gujarat, India

Industry- FMCG Industry

1-3 years of experience, must be experienced as an ERP executive

Responsibility-

IT Infrastructure Management

• Maintain and troubleshoot the company's IT infrastructure, including hardware, software, networks, and servers.

• Ensure the security and integrity of data, systems, and networks through regular monitoring and implementation of security measures.

• Collaborate with external vendors and service providers to ensure timely resolution of IT issues and optimization of systems.

ERP System Administration 

• Oversee the implementation, customization, and maintenance of the ERP system to meet the evolving needs of the organization.

• Provide technical support and training to end-users to maximize the utilization of the ERP system.

• Develop and implement policies and procedures for the efficient use of the ERP system across departments.

Data Management and Analysis 

• Manage the collection, storage, and retrieval of data within the ERP system.

• Generate reports and analyze data to provide insights into business performance and inform decision-making processes.

• Identify opportunities for process improvements and optimization through data analysis

Skills-

Proficiency in IT infrastructure management, including hardware, software, networks, and servers..

• Strong understanding of ERP systems and their implementation best practices (e.g., SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics).

• Knowledge of networking principles, database management, and system administration
