Job Description: We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Chartered Accountant with 1-2 years of post-qualification experience to join our finance team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards, and providing strategic financial insights to support business decisions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review financial statements in compliance with regulatory standards.
• Conduct financial audits and ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records.
• Manage tax planning and compliance for the organization.
• Provide financial analysis and reports to support strategic decision-making.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes.
• Liaise with external auditors and regulatory authorities.
• Ensure adherence to financial policies and procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
• Stay updated with changes in accounting standards and regulations.

Qualifications:

• Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification.
• 1-2 years of relevant post-qualification experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.
• Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office, particularly Excel.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
