Overview:

The Senior HR Executive (Payroll & Compliance) plays a crucial role in ensuring the efficient and compliant management of payroll processes and employee benefits. This role is essential in safeguarding the organization's adherence to labor laws and regulations, contributing to the overall stability and satisfaction of the workforce.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage end-to-end payroll processes and ensure timely and accurate disbursement of salaries
  • Stay updated with changes in labor laws and enforce compliance across all HR operations
  • Administer employee benefits and handle related queries and concerns
  • Utilize HRIS systems to maintain accurate payroll and employee records
  • Conduct audits to verify payroll and compliance accuracy
  • Coordinate with finance for payroll-related reconciliations and reporting
  • Assist in drafting and updating HR policies and procedures in line with labor laws
  • Oversee and facilitate tax compliance and reporting related to payroll
  • Address payroll discrepancies and resolve payroll-related issues
  • Support in the implementation of new payroll and compliance systems
  • Conduct training sessions for employees on payroll and compliance matters
  • Prepare payroll-related reports and analytics for management review
  • Participate in payroll-related external audits
  • Provide guidance and support to junior HR staff on payroll and compliance

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • Proven experience in payroll management and compliance, preferably in a senior HR executive role
  • In-depth knowledge of labor laws and regulations
  • Familiarity with Savior Attendance Management & Saral Payroll system
  • Strong understanding of employee benefits administration
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in handling payroll processes
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive payroll data
  • Proficiency in payroll-related reporting and analysis
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Capability to work effectively in a dynamic and fast-paced environment
  • Problem-solving and decision-making abilities in payroll and compliance scenarios
  • Solid organizational and time management skills
