Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Executive to join our team at Miracle Group Of Companies - Jaipur. As a Purchase Executive, you will be responsible for managing the procurement of materials, products, and services required for our manufacturing operations. This is a full-time position based in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience preferably in a similar role.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in any stream.
• 1 to 3 years of work experience in back office, procurement or purchasing role.
• Strong negotiation and communication skills.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Proficient in using MS Excel and Gmail.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work well in a team environment.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end procurement process, including sourcing, negotiating, and purchasing materials, products, and services.
• Evaluate and select suppliers based on quality, cost-effectiveness, reliability, and delivery time.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers and negotiate contracts to receive favorable terms.
• Ensure all purchases are made in accordance with company policies and procedures.
• Track orders to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to reduce procurement expenses.
• Collaborate with other departments to understand their purchasing needs and provide timely solutions.
