Job Summary:

We are looking for a reliable and hardworking Office Boy to assist in maintaining office cleanliness, managing daily office operations, and supporting staff with various administrative and logistical tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene in the office, including workstations, pantry, and meeting rooms.
• Serve tea, coffee, and refreshments to staff and guests.
• Handle office errands such as photocopying, scanning, and filing documents.
• Assist in managing office supplies and inventory.
• Handle basic messenger duties, including collecting and delivering documents.
• Support staff with minor tasks such as arranging desks, setting up meeting rooms, and handling couriers.
• Ensure proper disposal of waste and maintain office hygiene.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the management.

Requirements:

• Minimum qualification: 10th pass (preferred).
• Prior experience in a similar role is an advantage.
• Basic communication skills in [specify language(s)].
• Well-mannered, disciplined, and presentable.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently.
