- Attendance Management (Mandatory skill) to ensure accurate tracking and reporting of employee attendance and leave management.
- Grievance Management (Mandatory skill) to effectively address and resolve employee issues ensuring a harmonious work environment.
- Factory Administration (Mandatory skill) with the ability to oversee smooth operations and compliance at our manufacturing facilities.
- Proficient in Employee Relations, fostering strong interpersonal relationships and mediating any potential conflicts among staff.
- Strong Recruitment capabilities to attract and onboard top talent that aligns with our company's goals and culture.
- Expertise in Training and Development, focusing on enhancing employee skills and advancing their career growth within the company.
- Knowledgeable in HR Compliance, ensuring adherence to labor laws and company policies to mitigate risks.
