Job Overview

We are seeking a dedicated Dispatch Supervisor to join our team in Anjar. This full-time, junior-level position requires a candidate with 1 to 3 years of experience. The ideal candidate will oversee logistics operations, ensuring efficient dispatch processes and delivery management in our dynamic and expanding organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Logistics Management (Mandatory skill): Demonstrated proficiency in arranging, executing and overseeing logistics workflows to maintain efficient supply chain operations.
• Time Management (Mandatory skill): Excellent ability to prioritize tasks and manage schedules to ensure timely dispatch and delivery.
• Decision Making (Mandatory skill): Effective decision-making skills to resolve issues swiftly, ensuring smooth operations and minimal disruptions.
• Team Leadership: Proven experience in guiding and managing teams to achieve desired outcomes and meet dispatch targets consistently.
