Miracle Group is hiring for Customer Service Executive


Responsibilities:-


  • Build and maintain relationships with the customers and ensure constant engagement with customers during the life cycle
  • Responsible for high customer service quality standards
  • Prepare and maintain MIS and closely work with the line manager for preparation of work report.
  • Connect with customers and provide them with the solution and ensure 100% satisfactory resolution to the their queries.
  • Assist and execute the work assigned by the reporting manager.


Qualifications:-

Bachelor's degree or relevant experience

Min. 2 years of customer service experience

Excellent verbal & written communication skills


CTC: 3 Lac per annum

Job Location: DCM, Jaipur
