Job Overview
We are seeking a Junior Customer Relationship Management Executive based in Anjar for a Full-Time position. The role demands one to three years of experience in managing and fostering customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention. The ideal candidate will have expertise in utilizing CRM systems efficiently and will contribute significantly to the company’s customer engagement and retention strategies.

Qualifications and Skills
- Two to three years of experience working with CRM software such as Salesforce and HubSpot to manage and enhance customer relationships.
- Proven ability to analyze customer data to derive actionable insights that support business strategies and customer engagement.
- Strong communication skills are essential to effectively interact with clients and internal stakeholders.
- Experience in developing client retention strategies that enhance loyalty and customer satisfaction.
- Ability to generate CRM reporting and analytics, providing comprehensive insights into customer behaviors and trends.
- Proficient with email marketing platforms for executing and managing effective customer outreach (Mandatory skill).
- Familiarity with customer feedback tools to gather insights and improve service delivery (Mandatory skill).
- Excellent problem-solving abilities to address and resolve client issues promptly and efficiently (Mandatory skill).
Roles and Responsibilities
- Maintain and increase customer satisfaction by effectively utilizing CRM systems to handle customer information and communication.
- Develop and implement customer relationship strategies to enhance service and increase client retention rates.
- Collect, analyze, and report on customer feedback and trends to the management to tailor services accordingly.
- Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to ensure effective and consistent customer engagement.
- Handle customer inquiries and issues promptly, providing effective resolutions to maintain high service standards.
- Organize regular training and development sessions for internal teams on CRM tools and best practices.
- Assist in developing marketing strategies utilizing email marketing platforms to enhance brand visibility and customer reach.
- Monitor and report the effectiveness of CRM strategies, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
