Job Overview

We are looking for a Costing Manager to join our team in Jaipur. As a full-time role, the costing manager will play a critical part in ensuring cost efficiency and value maximization in our production processes. The successful candidate will bring expertise in product costing and exhibit proficiency in cost analysis techniques to drive cost-saving initiatives across the organization.

Qualifications and Skills

• Expertise in product costing (Mandatory skill) to ensure accurate and efficient cost assessments for our products.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel to perform advanced data analysis and cost calculations.
• Strong understanding of variance analysis techniques to identify discrepancies between estimated and actual costs.
• Experience in packaging cost reduction to contribute to sustainable cost savings in production activities.
• Ability to conduct thorough operational cost analysis for identifying areas of improvement in the production cycle.
• Competence in reverse costing to determine the cost breakdown of competitors' products and understand market positioning.
• Excellent communication skills for effectively presenting cost-related insights and recommendations to stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to implement and sustain cost reduction strategies.

• Train and mentor junior staff in cost management practices to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
