Position: Billing Executive

Roles and Responsibilities

1. Generate accurate invoices and billing reports for customers.
2. Maintain records of all billing transactions in the ERP system.
3. Coordinate with the production and dispatch teams to ensure timely billing.
4. Resolve customer queries related to invoices and payments.
5. Cross-check and verify sales orders, delivery challans, and tax details for accuracy.
6. Assist in preparing periodic billing summaries and reports for management.
7. Support the finance team with data entry and reconciliation tasks.
8. Ensure compliance with company policies and GST regulations.

Requirements

• Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Finance, or any relevant field.
• Basic knowledge of accounting principles and GST is preferred.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity with ERP systems is an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
